If you want to adjust the shaft to the qualified state before pre tightening the connecting bolts, pull out the motor anchor bolt, that is, the motor anchor bolt hole and the motor base hole are misaligned, you need to expand the motor base anchor bolt hole, and then adjust the shaft. During normal operation, the tube mill requires that the transmission connecting pipe and the reducer output shaft be in the same line.
After the hub is shrunk and installed on the shaft and the gear sleeve is positioned, the cavity between the hub and the sleeve should be filled with grease with a spatula. The flange surface shall be coated with a thin layer of mud film, and the connecting bolts shall be tightened to the appropriate torque. After connecting the half flange, fill the pipe joint with grease nipple. After 3 months before operation, the coupling shall be re-lubricated, and the interval can be increased to 6 months, but not more than 1 year. Different grease fittings or plugs have been removed and properly tightened. The load category of the transmission system is the basis for selecting the type of coupling, and the working load with large changes in impact, vibration and torque.
